Do you have a gratitude journal? If not, consider getting one and using it every day. Start each day by writing down one thing you’re thankful for. Then, review it at the end of the month. This simple practice will help you remember all the happy things you experienced over the past thirty days.
2. Smile when you wake your family.
Smiling is a simple way to Celebrate Life each morning. Before you wake your kids or spouse, put on a smile. Remember how much you love them, even if they're grumpy when you wake them up. This is a subtle way to maintain an uplifting mindset, and they’ll also feel your positive energy.
