Samuel Grant Ray

Samuel Grant Ray was born on August 29, 2023 and went home to be with the Lord after a brief time here on Earth. Although Samuel wasn’t with us for long, he left a lasting impression on everyone’s hearts and we are thankful that he gets to be with Jesus. We will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you again in Heaven. 

Samuel is survived by his dear parents, Michael and Molly Ray, loving big brother, Truett Ray, grandparents: Mike & Gaybrielle Ray and Doug & Cathy King, aunts: Polly (Jeremy) Franz and Maddi (Monica) King, and great-grandparents, Frances King, Esther Klips, and Kenny King. Samuel is joined in Heaven by his great-grandparents, Janet Ray, Helen Ream, Kenneth Ray, and Steve (Tena) Hopper, and cousin, Olivia. 

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation to the StarShine Hospice and Palliative Care in Samuel’s honor.
