Ronald G. Weller passed away on Saturday, September 9. He was born on September 11, 1943, in Springfield, Oh to Merrill & Jean Weller. He was the second of four sons growing up at Lake Sylvan, east of South Vienna. Ron graduated from Northeastern High School in 1961, he married his high school sweetheart, Dianne Mundy on January 25, 1964. Ron and Dianne had three children together, Andrew, Aaron (Megan) and Amy (David) Davis. Ron was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on September 28, 1971 He is survived by his wife and children, six grandchildren Payton, Lauren and Vaughn Davis, Micah and Brooklyn Weller, Aaron (Christina) Summey and two great-grandchildren Logan and Ethan Summey. Also, by his brothers, Roger (Lynn), Robert (Diana) and Roland as well as in-laws, several nieces and nephews and host of spiritual brothers and sisters. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and daughter-in-law Marilyn. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Dayton and the Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for the care they gave Ron but most of all to his God Jehovah for sustaining him during his years of poor health. There will be no viewing or gathering hours. A memorial service will be held via Zoom at 1 pm on Saturday, September 16, Mark Johnston will officiate.
