Norma Ruth Daniels

DANIELS, Norma R., age 87 of Xenia passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on January 24, 1933 to the late Levi Mason and Fannie (Tapp) Popplewell in New Castle, Indiana. In addition to her parents, Norma is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Burton Daniels; son, Edwin Daniels; brothers, Charles and Lester Popplewell; sisters, Rita M. Popplewell and Burneda Rose Gillespie and granddaughter, Hannah Williams. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughters: Terri Williams and Pamela (Chris) Miller; brother, Reverend David (June) Popplewell; grandchildren: Roy (Janella) Daniels, Abigail Daniels, Nathaniel (Julie) Daniels, Melinda (John) Greene, Timothy (Cassie) Miller, Christina (Adam) Simpson, and Sawyer Williams; great-grandchildren: Keagan Daniels, Aiden Daniels, Jack Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Lucy Greene, Georgianna Miller, Eleanor Simpson, Ainsley Simpson and Levi Mason Daniels as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Norma was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren brought her so much joy and she immensely enjoyed her time with them. Family was her life and everyone knew how special they were to her. Norma attended Grace Baptist Church in Cedarville where her family will have private funeral services. She will be laid to rest beside her husband, Roy in North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Norma's honor to Legacy Assisted Living of Xenia, Ohio.
