Naomi Ruth Depugh Gordin, 93, entered the presence of her Lord, Sunday, February 16, 2025 following a lengthy illness.  Naomi resided for several years at the care facility of Heath and Home in Springfield. Known as a lover of flowers, Naomi operated a florist shop for several years in the South Charleston area.  Her husband Roger preceded her in death in 1986.  She is survived by her niece, Carol (Carolyn) Hayes (Roy), great-niece, Diane Hendrickson (Robert), great-nephew, Daniel Hayes (Mari) all of Hendersonville, North Carolina, great-nephews, Jason and John Dixon of Springfield, Missouri, great-niece, Lynette Evans (William), great-nephew, Timothy (Lori) Wiseman of Powell, Ohio and nephew, Rev. Naomi and Roger had both received Christ as their personal Savior many years ago.  They now share in a newer togetherness as referenced in Second Corinthians chapter 5 verse 6 "So we are always confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."

A private graveside service was conducted by Pastor Wiseman February 21, 2025 at the South Solon Cemetery attended by available family relatives.
