Mae Isabelle Wells

WELLS, Mae I., age 98 of Yellow Springs, formerly of South Charleston, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Friends Care Center. She was born on September 19, 1920 to the late Wilson and Maggie (Wilson) Heskett Sr. in Sedalia, Ohio. In addition to her parents, Mae is preceded in death by her daughters, Connie Reish and Patricia Bowman; grandson, Carl Nall; daughter-in-law, Sheila Bowman and siblings: Ethel Leeth, Donna Dean, Lucille McGowan, Jane Sanders and Junior Heskett. Mae leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons: Paul Jenkins Jr., Vernon Jenkins, Robert Jenkins, Ronald Jenkins, Edgar Bowman, Gary Bowman, and Richard Bowman; daughters: Marion Holmes, Dianna Pittit, Cindy Capper, and Jackie Carden as well as her sister, Eunice Crawford. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Ingling Williams & Lewis Funeral Home, South Charleston.
