Kenneth James "Pat" Powers Jr.

POWERS, Kenneth James "Pat" Jr.,  76, of South Solon passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 12, 2021.  He was born on June 7, 1944 to the late Kenneth and Evelyn (Newsome) Powers Sr.  Pat was a loving father and grandfather.  He was a skilled carpenter, hard worker and never met a stranger.  He is survived by his two children, Kenneth (Bridgette) Powers of Huber Heights, Ohio and daughter Melissa (Chris) Scragg of Huber Heights, Ohio.  Grandchildren, Madison and Megan Powers and Hannah and Christian Scragg, great-grandchildren, Paisley and Xavier, siblings, Barbara (Dave) Kendall, Margaret (Ray) Buck, Adam Powers, and Samuel Powers.  In addition to his parents, Pat was preceded in death by siblings Billy, Steven, Danny, Jeannie, and Nancy.  Family will receive friends at Ingling Williams & Lewis Funeral Home, South Charleston on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor William Loudermilk officiating.  Pat will be laid to rest at South Solon Cemetery.
