Katherine Maxine Kimley

Katherine Maxine Kimley, age 94, passed away on November 14, 2021 in Springfield, Ohio. She was born on April 25, 1927 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Raymond Elmer and Ida Pearl (Anderson) Vanwey. Along with her parents, Katherine is preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Kimley, brothers; Wayne and Wendell Vanwey, sister, Becky Creamer, grandson, Bobby Smith, and granddaughter, Carissa J. Kimley. She is survived by her children; Jim (Cheryl) Kimley, Terry (Joanne) Kimley, John (Becky) Kimley, Anna (Harry) Husted, Pam (Steve) Smith, and Bev (Jim) McElroy, brother, David Vanwey, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. The family would like to give a special mention to a special friend, Rick Finchum, and Meals on Wheels. In her freetime, Katherine enjoyed quilting, working in her vegetable garden, canning, and most importantly, Sunday dinners with her family.
