Jimmie L. Bach

BACH, Jimmie L. age 74 of St. Paris passed away peacefully after a brief but courageous battle with cancer on September 14, 2023 at Springfield Regional Medical Center.  He was born on August 13, 1949 to the late James Mitchell and Nellie Mae (Beard) Bach in Dayton, Kentucky.  In addition to his parents, Jimmie was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Nancy Bach; their youngest son, Ryan Bach and sister, Shirley.  He leaves behind his son, James Bach; grandchildren: Zachary, Jacob (Nicole), and Joshua (Kassidy); great-grandson, Cooper; loving girlfriend, Judi Hershey as well as his sister, Barb.  Jimmie was a proud United States Navy veteran and employed by FedEx for 20 years.  He will be sorely missed by those fortunate to know him.  A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center with a celebration of his life service beginning at 4:00 p.m. Pastor Kevin Moehn officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions to go to the American Cancer Society or any pet or children's charities in Jimmie's honor.
