Forrest C. Levan

Forrest C. LeVan, age 89, passed away on February 16, 2022 in Springfield, Ohio. He was born on October 17, 1932 in Logan County, Ohio to the late Purley and Hazel (Johnson) LeVan. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by loving wife of 70 years, Violet (White) LeVan, brothers; George and Emerson and sisters; Viola, Dolly, Blanche, and Mary June. Forrest is survived by his son, Ron (Janise) LeVan, daughter, Margurite (George) Bishop, grandchildren; Robert Wade, Alexander LeVan, Aaron LeVan, Amy Hines, and Ashley Bishop, brothers; Howard and Arthur, and sister, Sandra.

Forrest will be laid to rest next to Violet at Ferncliff Cemetery. The graveside service will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Kevin Moehn. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com.
