Ernestine Brown

Ernestine Brown, 101, passed away on January 22, 2024 at Five Star Senior Living in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia to Ernest and Marie Miller. She graduated from Springfield High School, Ohio. 

She retired from Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia, Ohio in 2002 after 45 years working in the X-Ray department. 

Her family was the love, center and highlight of her life. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all of her family. 

She is survived by daughters, Deb (Ron) Mangan and Bonnie (Steve) Moore, a brother-in-law, Jim (Linda) Brown; grandsons, Chad (Angela) Whilding, Jason (Diana) Whilding, Kyle Moore, Scott (Alea) Moore; step-grandsons, Kevan Mangan, Dustin (Mindy) Mangan; step-granddaughter, Yvonne (Andy) Koors; great-grandchildren, Bella and Ava Whilding, Lilly and Carter Whilding, Tyler Moore, Rhea, Rhodes, Rennon Moore; step-great grandchildren, Kyle, Kenley, Mangan, Kyler, Jayden Mangan, Victor, Ann, Carl Koors; and son-in-law, Claude Young. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar M. Brown and daughter, Leslie J. Brown.
