Doug Litteral, born on November 19, 1944, in Magoffin County, Kentucky, passed away on March 14, 2025, in South Charleston, Ohio. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication, hard work, and a love for family that will be remembered by all who knew him.
Doug devoted 42 years of his life to Martin-Marietta, where he retired as a foreman. His commitment to his career was a reflection of his strong work ethic and leadership qualities, earning him the respect of his colleagues and peers.
Beyond his professional achievements, Doug cherished his time spent with family and friends. He enjoyed camping and fishing, often delighted in the simple pleasure of watching television with his life partner, Debbie. These moments were precious to him, as they allowed him to connect and share joy with those he loved.
Doug is survived by the love of his life with whom he's shared 49 years, Debbie; his sons, David (Traci) and Mike; his brother, Vernon; and his grandchildren: Mason, Daulton, Kyle, Korey, Haley (Aiden), and Kelsey. He also leaves behind two great-grandsons, Maverick and Myles, along with numerous nieces and nephews who will carry fond memories of their time with him.
He was predeceased by his parents, Theodore and Dorothy Litteral, and his sister-in-law, Ann.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on March 19, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at the Ingling And Lewis Funeral Home, located at 24 N Chillicothe St, South Charleston, Ohio.
