Donald Floyd Neff

NEFF, Donald F. age 93 of Poquoson, Virginia; previously of Springfield, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. He was born on November 26, 1929 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Cecil and Evelyn (Rathburn) Neff. In addition to his parents, Donald is preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Mary Neff and his brother, Richard Neff. He leaves behind his children: Cindy Nickels and Richard (Dana) Neff; grandchildren: Jennifer (Justin) Capper and Michael (Amy) Shotts and great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Lindsey, Grayson and Brayden. Donald and his late wife Mary were dedicated members of the Hillside Ave Church of God where they were active in the Youth Department and led Sunday School in their younger years. He was a Navistar retiree and loved to hunt and fish. Donald was a member of the Clark County Sportsman Club and was an avid skeet shooter. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until his service begins at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Randy Green. Donald will be laid to rest at Ferncliff Cemetery.
