Diana Lynn Saunders

Diana Lynn Saunders, age 65, was surrounded by her family when she went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 19, 2023.  She was born on January 23, 1958 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Bobby Pugh and Dorothy (Stan Burcham) Pugh.  In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert "Rusty" Saunders Jr.  She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter and son-in-law, Elayna and Mike Weber; grandchildren, Sullivan and Palmer; sisters: Nancy (James Pratt) Patriani, Pam Velpel and Lori Pugh as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Diana is also survived by her best friend of 60 years, Sherrie Stewart; step daughters, Tracy Saunders and Tiffany (Andrew) Haycox along with her family.  Diana's family is incredibly grateful for the support and help given by her sisters-in-law, Jackie (Dean) Bartley and Bobbie Rice. She will be sadly missed by those who knew her. Diana was a member of New Hope Church and had a passion for designing jewelry.  She was blessed to design and sell jewelry at Cab-N-Facet for many years.  More than anything, Diana loved her family and cherished her time with her daughter and grandchildren.  A gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center with her memorial service beginning at 6:00 p.m.  Pastor Kevin Moehn officiating.  Online condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com
