Dawn Elaine Robinson

Dawn Elaine Robinson, 55, of Springfield, passed away at Soin Medical Center on December 4, 2020 due to complications from COVID. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Allen D. Robinson and Verna Jean (Parlow) Robinson. She is survived by her mother Verna Jean Robinson and her sister Cheryl Robinson. Dawn was preceded in death by her father Allen D. Robinson. Dawn had a Bachelor's Degree of Education from Urbana University. Dawn lived in Boston and taught preschool and nannied for 20 years before moving back to be closer to family and help her mother. Dawn loved life, teaching and working with children and was described as a real people person and she will be deeply missed. Arrangements in care of Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center.
