David Wayne Terry

TERRY, David Wayne age 61 passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born on February 14, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Cecil Ray and Cora Margie (Cody) Terry. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Marshall Vaughn. David leaves behind to cherish his memory, children: David (Heather) Ferguson and Megan Ferguson as well as their mother, Helen Swallows; his loving companion, Joni Landess Hess; sister, Cheryl Vaughn; grandchildren: Raven Ferguson, David Ferguson II, Kelseigh Hood, Mason Hood and Karina Ferguson; nieces: Tracy (Rick) Colwell and Christina (Chad) Stastny as well as his devoted hunting dog, Mattie. David was a self-employed painter who loved fishing and hunting. He will be sadly missed by all his family and countless friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center.
