David Lee Sagle

David Lee Sagle, age 69, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. He was born on October 18, 1954 in Elyria, Ohio, the son of the late Billy and Esther Sagle. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Sherry (Shaffer) Sagle; daughters, Miranda (Austin) Bragg and Ashley Sagle; his special little buddy whom he considered a son, Eli; brother, Jim (Angie) Hutchins; sister, Terri (Terry) Perkins; aunt, Wilma Johnson; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Susan Shaffer and Margaret Sagle. Dave loved fishing, playing racquet ball and bowling and in his younger years, he enjoyed playing the guitar for his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 5-7p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center.
