Cheryl Gartner

Cheryl “Sherry” Lynn Gartner passed away July 16, 2024 at Soin Hospital. She was born January 1, 1948 in Indianapolis, IN to the late John and Mary Lou (Helm) Blocher. Sherry is survived by her loving sister, Kathy (Bob) Parr, step-brother, John R. (Michelle) Blocher, nieces and nephews, Bob (Kelli) Parr Jr., Wendy (Mark) Holtluwer, Angela (Joe) Bergsma, Brandi (Tommy) Cash, and Reghan (Christian), and lifelong best friend, Dana Bandy from High School. Sherry worked for Liberty Mutual for 35 years until her eventual retirement and spent most of her life in Indianapolis. 

Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, Cedarville. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Burial to follow at North Cemetery.
