Charles E. Adams

ADAMS, Charles E. "Chuck" age 75 of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Charles A. and Dorothy (Wendt) Adams were blessed with identical twin boys, Charles and Christopher on April 19, 1949 in Springfield, Ohio. In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by two sisters, Caroline Metz and Cheryl Adams. He leaves behind his beloved wife of nearly 47 years, Jane (Bowman) Adams; children: Cole (Anita) Derringer, Charles Brett (Jamie) Adams and Tiffany (Sean) Stir; twin brother, Christopher (Loretta) Adams; grandchildren: Chloe Nelson, Jason (Emily) Sibole, Alana Derringer, Charlie Adams, Jake Adams, Rylee Stir and Izlee Stir; great-grandchildren: Jonathan & Violet Sibole as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Chuck proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a member of VFW post 1031. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Jackson Lytle & Lewis Life Celebration Center with a celebration of his life beginning at 12:00 p.m. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com
